4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are typically credited to your PH788 wallet within minutes, depending on your chosen payment method. If your deposit is not reflected after 30 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed as quickly as possible. Most GCash and Maya withdrawals are completed within 15 minutes. Bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet may take up to 24 hours depending on banking hours and system availability. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

7 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on PH788 and may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement authorities:
